More and more people are turning to the Internet for information that traditional advertising like the newspaper or the yellow pages. Unlike these traditional forms of advertising, with a web site, you can provide more than a phone number and an address.
I have enough business, why do I need a site?
Web sites no doubt will give you added exposure to new business, but while you may have enough business now, you need to make sure that your current customers are taken care of too. You can provide any specials you have, new products, new services and so much more. Studies show time and again, customer service is crucial.
I already have a site, but not pleased, what can you do to help?

Can I change my package later?
With our Business and Pro packages, we do offer several À la Carte features that can be added on for a nominal cost. If you find after a few months you want to completely upgrade to a different package, simply contact us and we can help find the best solution for you.
What do I need to do to get started?
Once its determined which package you want to go with, we will need to you send us all necessary information to be placed into you site such as business name, address, hours, services/ products list, descriptions of the services/products, logos, art work, pictures and other information you want to feature in the site.
How do I get you my information to build my site?
Our preferred method is by email, however you can also fax or send your information by "snail" mail. (contact information)
Am I limited on the number of pictures I can have?
There are limits based on the package you choose. The ADvantage Card is limited to 2 photos, the ADvantage Business is limited to 10 however, we do offer À la Carte options for those who may need more.
How long does it take to get my site online?
Several factors will determine how soon your new site will be online. Once you have submitted your payment, you will need to submit all materials and information that will go into the site. We will not start working on the site until we have received all materials. Once we receive them, we will have the site ready in as little as one week depending on your selected package.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept payments by Mastercard, VIsa, American Express, or Discover Card.
When the first year is up, how do I renew my site?
You will receive a renewal notice in the mail approximately 30-45 days before your renewal date. To avoid having your site suspended, this renewal must be paid before the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew your service, you must submit this to us in writing and email or "snail" mail it to us no later than 7 days before the renewal date.
